We started from personal need by Pet Industry Veterans and Pet Parents extreme.

You know the type ...LOL. Yes, our pets ARE our fur kids :)

But wait, so are yours right? We get it!

That's why we will NEVER make anything for your dog that we will not give to ours!

In fact, we will never make a chew that we would not eat ourselves. Yes, hooman food grade!

We will happily eat our own chews, right in front of you... just ask! :) Think we're kidding?*

We were driven to create this brand because we were TIRED OF TRYING products for our dogs that
promised the world, and failed todeliver.

We figured there just has to be a better way...

We are a custom developed formula inspired by the latest science and clinical studies, and the people behind it are veteran Pet Industry
experts... and HUGE Pet lovers.*

Engaging a life-long Ph.D. Biochemist, a certified Veterinarian Nutritionist and Top Dog Trainers,
Petjuvenate® took over 3 years to bring it to you, our valued pet caretakers. Our goal was to develop a "GOLD STANDARD" premium product that helped promote a multi-system support protocol with a view to supporting overall health. We think we achieved those goals, and a lot more. So much so, we applied for a patent on the formula. We are pretty excited about PJ.

Our USA based Manufacturing operations are supervised by professionals with Ph.D.'s. in Food Science and Biochemistry that pay the closest attention to the finest details. That ensures we deliver a premium human grade product, that our customers can truly trust.


We endeavour to purchase the most expensive ingredients available and NOT cut corners. We estimate that our costs are 2 X, to as much as 5 X, some of our competitors.


Yes, we may cost a little more at the register, but you get what you pay for. Premium HUMAN GRADE ingredients, 4 Patented or made by patented process. And, it's still less per day, than a cup of fancy coffee.

So, we feel our Pupper's well being takes priority over that extra daily house blend. :)

 In our goal to not be another "Green-Washed" company, our REAL Eco -Friendly efforts have identified key areas where we know we can make a difference. We live the statement "Reduce, Reuse, Recycle"... on a daily basis. The first area of attention in this regard is our packaging, and second is energy/resource  conservation. 

Not only do we look at our own internal energy conservation efforts, but we extend it to how we choose our vendors, by reviewing their sustainability efforts. We ask questions like, do they utilise renewable energy (solar, wind, hydrogen) or easier sustainability efforts like...  efficient lighting controllers/timer switches, EV charging /delivery vehicles, ride share programs, do they have carbon offsetting programs in place? It may seem like a small almost futile approach, but WHAT IF 25% OF COMPANIES DID THE SAME THING?

Think about it!

Meantime, as others catch up, we will continue to do it in our own small way and try to make our planet a better place for Pet
Parents and their Fur Kids.

As a side note. Ten years ago, our CEO, while with a different company, was instrumental in the adoption and installation of the
first all solar powered (and energy efficient), privately owned, pet product manufacturing facility in the USA . A proud achievement to this day, albeit a decade later.

Our Packaging. 

IT WAS  SUCH AN IMPORTANT AND MIND BOGGLING DECISION. WITH ALL THE AVAILABLE OPTIONS, HOW DO WE KEEP MAXIMUM FRESHNESS, IN BUT YET... HELP REDUCE THE PLASTIC POLLUTION PROBLEM ON OUR PRECIOUS PLANET.

We looked at many, many packaging options when trying to determine how to keep maximum product freshness for our pet parents/fur kids, but also provide a packaging option that was 100% recyclable that supports our planet. In the end we chose LDPE, 100% recyclable pouches. Yes, it was more expensive than traditional pouches, but that aligns with PetJuvenates commitment to TOP QUALITY products, across the board. 

We chose to offer our product in LDPE (low density) packaging that carries the "4" recycle symbol. Meaning, once the LDPE product is sorted, de-labeled and clean, it is shredded into small pieces. These pieces are then melted down and made into pellets. The pellets are then re-sold to manufacturers, and used to create new products. This can be done several times in the life of LDPE, unlike other types of plastics. Recycled LDPE can be made into, but not limited to:

Packaging/Films

LDPE is a common ingredient in sustainable packaging materials, such as squeaky toys,  shipping envelopes, plastic wrap, bubble wrap, trash bags and so much more...

Construction

It can be used to make floor tiles, storage bins,  piping, sheeting, and films for building and agricultural applications, and so
much more...

Many Other products

It can be used to make plastic lumber, decking,  landscaping products, all types of tools, all types of furniture, enclosures and more...

Some advantages of LDPE packaging and its recycling.

POLLUTION REDUCTION: LDPE recycling helps with the reduction of new plastic products from being manufactured from scratch.

SAVE ENERGY: Recycling uses less energy than manufacturing new products from scratch.

RESOURCE CONSERVATION: Recycling LDPE conserves and reduces resources like oil and gas that are used to produce plastics for initial plastic products.

JOB CREATION: LDPE recycling creates jobs in various areas of the recycling industry.

After learning all of this, despite a very noticeable cost increase, it was an easy decision to use the best possible packaging option for PetJuvenate® soft chew products.

On the energy conservation side, almost nothing compares to the energy used by data storage facilities/server farms. That is why we carefully researched and found a 100% Green hosting provider and an additional 100% Carbon Neutral eCommerce site provider - with servers powered by renewable energy sources or/and with sizable carbon offsetting programs in place. 

Their green Infrastructure powers almost 3 Million websites and has the latest tech stacks that provide ultra-fast premium services (saving energy) combined with overall energy efficiency as a top priority.... all of this just made our decision a no brainer. A 100% renewable Powered website and a 100% Carbon Neutral Shopping Website. Pretty great and just another part of our continuing efforts to protect our Planet, its Pet Parents and their Pets.
